Located at 1911 Mission 66, Suite A, near Family Medicine Clinic, Patient’s Choice Hospice and Palliative Care has been providing comfort and palliative care to the community for over 6 years.
Our office hours are 8:00AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. A Registered Nurse is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. Referrals or inquiries can be called in at any time.
Your care will be provided by our local team of dedicated staff members. This includes nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers available to assist patients and families with palliative care needs. Besides your physician, our Medical Director Dr. William Wooten actively participates in your care.
Our service area includes the following counties: Warren, Hinds, Claiborne, Jefferson, Sharkey, Issaquena and Yazoo. Please call us with any questions you may have at 601-638-8308.
