Located in the Richmond area of Tallulah, we can be found in DeLynn Plaza across from Guaranty Bank. Patient’s Choice Hospice and Palliative Care has been providing comfort and palliative care to the community for six years since our opening in June of 2004.
Our office hours are 8:00AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. A Registered Nurse is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. Referrals or inquiries can be called in at any time.
Your care will be provided by our local team of dedicated staff members. This includes nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers available to assist patients and families with palliative care needs. Besides your physician, our Medical Directors, Dr. Wade Brown and Dr. L.P. Neumann actively participate in your care. Combined, this team has over 37 years experience in palliative care.
